2024 Industry Days Events

This year’s events will include a Keynote Conversation with David Lowery (The Green Knight, Pete’s Dragon), along with a screening of his new short film, a Master Class with Oscar-nominated editor Joi McMillon (Moonlight, Mufasa: The Lion King) and other special guests, including producer Nina Yang Bongiovi (Fruitvale Station, Sorry to Bother You); producer/director Tommy Oliver (Fancy Dance, 40 Years a Prisoner); John Von Thaden, SVP of Acquisitions for Magnolia Pictures; Jenny Raskin, Executive Director of Impact Partners; and Anikah McLaren, Head of Film for Higher Ground, Barack & Michelle Obama’s production company.

About Industry Days

Since its inception, Industry Days has hosted an impressive lineup of film executives, entertainment professionals, and major talents, including Oscar-winning directors Steve McQueen and Darren Aronofsky, award-winning screenwriters John Logan and Tarell Alvin McCraney; Oscar-nominated composers Terence Blanchard and Mychael Danna; producers Dede Gardner, Ted Hope, Gigi Pritzker, James D. Stern, and MACRO CEO Charles D. King; and veteran distribution executives Michael Barker, Richard Lorber, and Tom Quinn. Representatives from the following companies have attended panels and talks: Cinetic Media, CAA, Gravitas Ventures, IFC Films, Kartemquin Films, Kickstarter, Icarus Films, Magnolia Pictures, MPI Media, Music Box Films, Netflix, Neon, Oscilloscope Laboratories, Preferred Content, the United Talent Agency, and William Morris Endeavor.

With accreditation, an Industry Days Pass grants one passholder admission to all Industry Days events, panels, workshops, networking opportunities, and Decisionmaker Roundtables (space available).

Industry Days is an event for film industry professionals only. We review accreditations to ensure all registrants are involved in the film industry for a quality experience for everyone. The Festival reserves the right to approve or deny accreditation.

If you qualify for the pass you have purchased we will send you a confirmation email. If not, we will refund your payment. Be sure to complete your registration form with as many details as possible for a speedy confirmation. If we require more information, we will contact you.

You can include anything that proves you are involved in the film industry. It could be a film related resume, a link to your IMDB page, link to your professional website, link to your vimeo page, link to your YouTube channel showing films you’ve made, a LinkedIn account, a film website that lists your name as a crew member, link to a copy of your college ID card, class schedule, etc.

There is no pre-registration needed, your pass admits you to all Industry Days Events

No. Each person joining Industry Days must be accredited in order to access the online events. Passes cannot be shared.

Films in Official Selection are eligible for one complimentary Industry Days pass for the filmmaker. This pass is not transferable.

All passes are non-transferable and non-refundable after accreditation is approved, as stated during the purchase.
